"I recently bought a new Hyundai Exter SX CNG during Diwali. Big thanks to sales rep Pankaj Yadav — he was super helpful and cooperative. Definitely a 10/10 for him! Unfortunately, the PDI and customer support teams were not up to the mark. My delivery was scheduled for Oct 17 at 1 PM, but the car wasn’t even at the showroom till 3 PM. They handed it over in a hurry, and later I found the wipers and lights weren’t working properly — had to go to the service center the same day! Hyundai should ensure a proper inspection is done before sending any car from their yard to the showroom. Overall, happy with the car and Pankaj’s support, but Hyundai really needs to improve their delivery and inspection process. Tip for new buyers: always do a proper PDI before confirming your booking! NEVER BOOK YOUR CAR WITHOUT PDI."
